Administrative Assistant, Sourcing
Remote: LATAM, Europe or Africa
You’ll keep the paperwork and planning behind each deal moving, so sellers and roasters can focus on their own decisions. You’ll work with the Sourcing team, prepare contracts, keep the shipment plan clear for the operations team that executes it, help coordinate offers and samples during harvest season, and support EUDR and certification compliance.
