Find producers of Arabica and Robusta grown under the shade of trees in the Western Ghats mountain range, from Karnataka to Kerala, in Southern India. Source coffee from family estates and certified farmer groups.

India is one of the world’s top ten coffee producers, famous for its shade-grown coffee intercropped with spices and grown between monsoon seasons. Coffee has been a part of Indian culture since the 17th century, especially in the southern states of Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. While big trading houses exporting mostly commercial-grade coffee dominate the market, there are also farms producing specialty Arabica and smaller exporters focusing on certified Robusta for differentiated markets. Available only for custom shipments, with a minimum order of 100 bags.
