Roasters have been held back by not knowing who to buy from, concerns about risk and quality, cashflow, shipping constraints, logistics and paperwork.
When you buy directly from producers, the coffee is still in origin.
Established roasters tend to forward buy most of their coffee. This benefits both the roaster and producer.
Secure your selection first. You have the chance to cup coffees months before they are available as Spot.
Roasters and Producers who build relationships have more stable prices and can budget for the year ahead more easily.

After the harvest, at the start of a new season, producers list their coffees on the platform, and send us samples to distribute - so you are one of the first to try them.
If you’re ordering less than 100 bags, your coffee will go in a Shared Shipments where we consolidate coffees into one container. We have set dates for these shipments.
For larger volumes we can send a Custom Shipment at a time that suits you best.
Your coffees will be available around 3 months after shipping, and we provide progress updates in platform and by email.
